Exchange and Refund Guidelines
In the case of a missed delivery/defect, you can apply for a return within 7 days from the receipt date of the invoice tracking number
You must first initiate a replacement/return at the MyHome customer service center (070-0000-1234)
A return cannot be processed without a receipt from the customer service center
Please note that if a return is initiated due to a simple change of mind or size exchange, the return fee will be dependent on the size of the package.
Returns for all other reasons can be settled by referring to the customer service center
Any return request cannot be processed without a receipt from the customer service center

In the case that your package is lost in the mail or it has been over 7 days since your package was sent to the United States office:
MyHome does not assume any responsibility. However, a replacement will be sent to your home by the freight carrier.
After the refunded amount is deposited, please send the following information to the customer service center: deposit date/amount/deposit name/bank

You will be charged for the exchange or return
If 20 days or more have passed since the completion of the shipment
If you purchased the item by mistake, deem the size, color, or texture is not to your liking
If the color of the image on your monitor is different from the actual product due to lighting and camera effects
If the product is free of defects but you have simply just changed your mind

Exchanges/returns will not be accepted
If it has been over 7 days since you received the item
If the item has been used
If the package is opened or the package is damaged
If the item is damaged due to carelessness of the customer
If the warranty tag has been lost or removed from the item
If the customer misunderstood the product description
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
After receiving an item, an exchange or refund claim can be made within 7 days. For our return and refund policy, please refer to the corresponding information page
